2. How to Save Information in MySmallbizXpress
Once you have registered with MySmallbizXpress, you can start to save information to your
personal account. Login to your account by selecting MySmallbizXpress from the home page
and using the User Name and Password you selected during registration. You will be
presented with a view of your account.
Click the start search button to search for sites that you would like to add to your account. Sites
or subject categories from the Gateway that can be added will have this
beside them. Click on the button to add the site or subject category to your account.
You may also add your favourite sites to the mylinks section of your account. Click the add new
button and enter a description and url or web address for the link in order to save it.
If you no longer require information previously added, check the box beside the link and click on
"delete" to remove it from your account.
3. Importance of Logging Out
You can access all the resources in the gateway from your account by selecting any item in the
navigational menus. While you visit other pages in SmallbizXpress, your account remains
active. You can return to your personal list of resources by clicking on MySmallbizXpress. If
you are using a computer in a public place, remember that it is very important to logout and to
close the browser in order to prevent other people from accessing your account.
